Lean Construction Course Launched!

BigFish have teamed up with the Centre for Construction Innovation and the University of Salford and have developed a unique set of eLearning resources that enable individuals to learn, implement and propagate Lean Construction techniques.  Learning can be accessed via CD or online.

There are five 'Teachpoint' areas which cover:

• Introduction to Business Improvement
• Work and Waste
• Performance Measurement and Data Analysis
• Collaborative Planning
• Workplace Organisation

Single Teachpoint £295.00 for a site licence (exc VAT)
